Act of God?

 

Central Government's inability to pay GST compensation to the States due to Covid-19 crisis has been termed as 'Act of God'. 

So does this mean that, if due to any natural calamity a farmer is unable to pay back his loan then it should be termed as 'Act of God' and the contract should become void?
